During the press conference arranged on the 14th of July Evernote delegates gave a breakdown of the success of their freemium business strategy, with the near-fully featured free version of Evernote winning over more than 3 Million users since it started out 2 years ago.

This morning Evernote announced the Evernote Trunk, a full featured online application showcase that will allow users to enhance their Evernote experience with add-on applications from 3rd party developers. As it stands it looks like more than a hundred apps will be available to extend your evernote experience, including everything from to-do’s to calender solutions.
